The Higher Education Department (HED) of the Pakistan state of Punjab has adopted stringent measures to ensure that Smoking drugs are effectively controlled in order to benefit the education system.
They plan to introduce rules to regulate drug and smoking use in public as well as private universities and colleges.
In accordance with the notification, everyone working at the institute, including teachers and staff members, will no longer be permitted to light up a cigarette while on campus.
